When will my package arrive?

Original Blockprints are lovingly printed by me in my small studio. Orders will be shipped out in approximately 2-4 weeks. Once shipped, standard U.S. shipping will take 2-10 business days.

Mail Club items are shipped monthly (sometimes two months will be shipped together) and are sent out with a postage stamp which means there is no tracking. Progress and shipping updates will be shared through Instagram, Patreon, and my website newsletter. When shipped, you will receive an order fulfillment email if you signed up through my website.

Wearables/Clothing items and Digitally Printed items are printed and shipped separately from handmade items, and will be delivered in approximately 7-10 days from when the order is placed. All clothing items in this shop are designed by me, and then printed and shipped by Gelato, a service that organizes local production and distribution of products to maximize sustainability. (You can read more about their sustainability practices here.) Digitally printed paper products are printed through Printful.

How do I change or edit my Mail Club Subscription?

To manage your subscription if purchased through Patreon, login and use your Patreon account. To manage your subscription if purchased through my website, log in to your account here. 

 

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Mail Club Members who join the Wayfarer Sticker Club on Patreon, instead of here on my website are eligible for international shipping (the envelopes are sent with a postage stamp and may take 6+ weeks to arrive)

 

All other orders from my shop can be shipped outside of the U.S. through my Etsy.

If you initiate an Etsy message or custom order request I can create a listing for you with the items you're looking for. ​

Can I get your artwork as a tattoo?

Absolutely! With the purchase of a digital tattoo ticket or the hand-made print of the design you want as a tattoo, I can provide you with a "tattoo ticket" to take to the tattoo artist of your choice. For more info checkout my Tattoo Ticket page.

 

Can I pick up my order in person?

Local pickup for online orders is currently not available. However, if you would like to purchase something in person, I do have some artwork for sale in several shops such as; Empire Arts Gallery (Atlanta, GA) and The Garage Door Studio (Avondale Estates, GA)

 

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order arriving damaged or incorrect please contact me and I'll be happy to see if there is anything I can do.

What if the Post Office looses the package?

I am not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages once they have been passed into the hands of postal services, but if your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact me and I'll be happy to see if there is anything I can do.
