When will my package arrive?
All prints are lovingly printed by hand in my small studio, so once you place your order, it will be shipped out in approximately 2-4 weeks. Once shipped, standard U.S. shipping will take 2-10 business days. International shipping may take an additional 2 weeks or more.
Clothing items are printed and shipped separately, and will be delivered in approximately 7-10 days from when the order is placed. All of the clothing items in this shop are designed by me and printed and shipped by Gelato, a service that organizes local production and distribution of products to maximize sustainability. (You can read more about their sustainability practices here.)
Please place any orders destined for outside the U.S. through my Etsy. If there is an item that you would like, that is not yet listed on Etsy, you can send me an Etsy message and I will do my best to add it!
If I do not ship to your area but you would still like to have some of my art, please look into signing up for my Patreon. There you can find digital downloads and printable items.
Neither my website nor my Etsy has the ability to ship to Germany :(
Can I get your artwork as a tattoo?
Absolutely! With the purchase of a digital tattoo ticket or the hand-made print of the design you want as a tattoo, I can provide you with a "tattoo ticket" to take to the tattoo artist of your choice. For more info checkout my Tattoo Ticket page.
Some international orders may be subject to customs fees. Any additional shipping and customs fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient/customer. EU/UK customers please click here to read about your VAT responsibility.
Local pickup for online orders is currently not available. However, if you would like to purchase something in person, I do have some artwork for sale in several shops such as; Empire Arts Gallery (Atlanta, GA), The Garage (Avondale Estates, GA), and Biome Slow Craft (Bozeman, MT).
Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order arriving damaged or incorrect please contact me and I'll be happy to see if there is anything I can do.
I hold no responsibility for lost/stolen/damaged packages once they have been passed into the hands of postal services.
